Payment Information
Applicants who are tentatively slotted for the encampment, as listed on the Application Status page, can confirm their slot by providing payment. Payment DEADLINE is Sunday, June 30th.
NOTE: Failure to provide payment by this date may result in slots being reassigned to a waitlisted cadet starting July 1.
Encampment Tuition:

Cadet Encampment Assistance Program
Slotted cadets who have received CEAP funding need NOT submit any payment unless contacted directly by the encampment. CEAP funds, once processed, will be sent directly to Maryland Wing to cover your encampment tuition.
Note: Cadets who also received uniform assistance vouchers, on top of CEAP funding for tuition, should have received information on using the voucher in their emails. This information was sent directly to the cadet and parent if parent contact information was included in the application.
Since Tri-Wing Encampment begins on July 20th, an additional opportunity to apply for CEAP will open on June 15 and close July 1st with limited funds. Those who have not yet applied for CEAP should consider the need to do so and ensure applications are submitted by the deadline. Online Payment *Preferred Method*
Slotted cadets are encouraged to pay their tuition online by visiting the PAYMENT LINK. Please only submit ONE PayPal payment per member.
Note: Please ensure to select the correct payment tuition type (student, cadet cadre, senior cadre optional donation). Failure to do so will delay confirmation of your encampment slot.
Online payments are processed via PayPal. PayPal charges a 1.99% plus $0.49 per transaction fee. To avoid any additional fees, checks are also accepted (see below for details).
Check Payment
Slotted cadets can opt to pay by check. Tuition for multiple cadets may be paid for using a single check. To ensure timely arrival, it is recommended that any checks be mailed by June 15th.
Make checks payable to "Civil Air Patrol" and ensure to include cadet name(s) / CAPID(s) in the memo field
