Students Applications are OPEN!

Tri-Wing Encampment is excited to open cadet student applications.  Applicants should ensure they are following application instructions which is listed on the website 2024 Summer Encampment | Tri-Wing Encampment | Civil Air Patrol (cap.gov). The process starts with submission of an online application. Following receipt of the online application, a CAPF 60-81 (Application for CAP Encampment) will be generated by encampment cadre and sent to the student applicant, followed by their parent/guardian, and finally their squadron commander for signature/approval. While this is happening, applicants should complete and submit the other forms listed on the website.  It is important to note that some forms need wet/original signatures. We are encouraging all applicants to download a PDF copy of their completed form, print it, and bring it with them to in-processing. 

Upon receipt of the online application, signed CAPF 60-81 and submission of all other required/applicable forms, applicants will receive notification that they are tentatively SLOTTED for the encampment. Final slotting will take place after payment for the encampment is received. 

This year, we have 200 student slot available (150 male and 50 female slots). Should we receive more applications that slots are available, a waitlist will be maintained. Any unfilled slots will be reallocated to waitlisted applicants on July 1, 2024.
