Payment Information

Only SLOTTED cadet students applicants will be able to provide payment. Cadets who are awarded CEAP funds will have their tuition paid directly and will not have to provide any payment. Cadet students and cadet cadre will be provided information on how to provide payment via Registration Zone and/or check.

Encampment Tuition:

1. Cadet Students: $375

2. Cadet Cadre: $285

3. Senior Cadre: NO COST, but donations are accepted

Cadet Student Payment Deadline: May 30, 2025

Cadet Encampment Assistance Program 

Slotted cadets who are awarded CEAP assistance for encampment will have funds sent directly to the encampment. No action required for CEAP funded cadets. 

Note: Cadets who also received uniform assistance vouchers, on top of CEAP funding for tuition, should have received information on using the voucher in their emails. This information was sent directly to the cadet and parent if parent contact information was included in the application.

Registration Zone Payment *Preferred Method*

• Login to Registration Zone

• Click on "Manage Payments" from the Registration Zone Main Menu

  • From this page, you can view the invoice for encampment and submit payment

• Following payment submission, ensure that your "Amount Due" shows $0.00 on the Manage Payments Page

Want to create and share a payment link for others to help pay your encampment invoice?

 

Follow the instructions below:

• Navigate to "Manage Payment" from the Registration Zone Main Menu
• Under Link Events, check the box for encampment and create the link
• Under the Links Created section, click the icon to copy the link to your clipboard for use in an email or other uses.
• Send the link

NOTE: Anyone may use the payment link until the encampment invoice is fully paid. Once fully paid, ensure that your "Amount Due" shows $0.00 on the "Manage Payments" page.

Check Payment

Slotted cadets can opt to pay by check. Tuition for multiple cadets may be paid for using a single check. To ensure timely arrival, it is recommended that any checks be mailed by June 15th.

Make checks payable to "Civil Air Patrol" and ensure to include cadet name(s) / CAPID(s) in the memo field
