Camp Fretterd

Encampment Location

Camp Fretterd Military Reservation is the current home of Tri-Wing Encampment and is located approximately 5 miles northwest of Reisterstown in Baltimore County, Maryland. Managed by the Maryland National Guard, the post provides the encampment with a variety of training venues to support the learning objectives of the CAP cadet encampment program.

Student Housing

Student cadets will be housed in enclosed, climate-controlled barracks that have rooms or open bays provisioned with bunk beds.  Each of the barracks have central showers and restrooms with integrated day rooms and study rooms in each building.  Each student will also have access to a mattress, mattress cover, pillow, set of drawers and hanging rod.
