Camp Fretterd Military Reservation

Camp Fretterd Military Reservation will be the home for the 2023 Tri-Wing Winter Encampment.  It is located approximately 5 miles north west of Reistertown in Baltimore County in Maryland. The Camp Ground is managed by the Maryland National Guard and has been made available to the Maryland Wing, CAP for the Winter Encampment.

Cadets will be housed in enclosed barracks that are provisioned with bunk beds.  The barracks have central showers and restrooms with integrated day rooms and study rooms at the start of the building.  Two Cadets each will be assigned to each room.
