Cadre (Staff) Participation Requirements

Tri-Wing Encampment Cadre Minimum Requirements

Cadet Cadre

• Active Member in Good Standing
• Participation in a minimum of 2 Cadre Training Weekends
• Required forms (CAPF 60-81, 160, 161, DD Form 1381, Maryland Medication Authorization Form, Asthma Action Form, Immunization Record, and Insurance Card) and Basic Risk Management Course completed NLT 30 July 2022
• I-CUT Course and Practical completed NLT 30 July 2022
• Payment submitted NLT 30 July 2022 (except for cadets waiting on CEAP approval and/or scholarship applications)
• Cadet Protection Basic Course (for cadets over 18 at time of Encampment) completed NLT 30 July 2022
• Maryland State Medication Administration Authorization Form submitted by 30 July 2022 except in special circumstances as approved by the Health Services Officer

In addition, cadets under 18 must bring a copy of CAPF 32 Civil Air Patrol Cadet Activity Permission Slip to EACH Tri-Wing Activity (CSW, CTW, Work Day etc.), excluding Encampment itself (CAPF 60-81 serves as permission in that case)

Senior Cadre

• Active Member in Good Standing
• Participation in a minimum of 1 Cadre Training Weekends (but more is HIGHLY encouraged)
• Required forms (CAPF 31, 160, 161) Submitted NLT 30 July 2022
• Basic Risk Management Course completed NLT 30 July 2022
• I-CUT Course and Practical completed NLT   30 July 2022
• Cadet Protection Basic Course completed NLT 30 July 2022
• Cadet Protection Advanced Course completed NLT 30 July 2022
• Level 1 of Professional Development completed NLT 30 July 2022
• Equal Opportunity Training completed NLT 30 July 2022
• CAP Driver’s License Application submitted NLT 30 July 2022
